Painting an entire city with light

This post was originally in Spanish about the city, Toledo in Spain. Toledo is south of Madrid. A lot is lost in translation and jumbled but you can get the idea of how and what they did to get the beautiful image. They started planning and getting approvals April 6, 2010. The actual event happened on September 25, 2010. They used 50 photographers and approximately 3,000 flashes. 1,200 pictures were taken including tests. The final photo has 27 layers, 20 masks and 5 actions. Editing time was 9 hours and 6 programs were used. The event was carried out by the Photographic Association of Toledo.
